Unlike traditional fillet knives made for large saltwater catches, the Westslope excels at gutting and cleaning trout, perch, pike, salmon, and walleye—right on the bank or boat. Whether prepping food or cleaning your catch at camp, this specialized tool offers the control needed for small to medium-sized fish.
