Weston Gnarnia Splitboard

The Gnarnia Splitboard is Weston's go-to choice for riders pursuing significant objectives in variable conditions. It is designed to charge hard, float deep, and adapt to whatever the backcountry throws at it. The board features a moderate taper (approximately 9mm) and a setback stance, which combine to give you effortless float on storm days while maintaining stability and control on steep, firm descents. The construction centers on a Freedom Split Core, a lightweight combination of poplar and paulownia reinforced with bamboo stringers for durability, power, and uphill efficiency. Tip to Tail Carbon Stringers enhance skintrack response, while S-Weave Carbon woven into the core loads up the pop. The Rugged Topsheet resists chipping and scratching, and the Sintered Durasurf 4001 Base keeps things fast even when the snow gets sticky. For touring, the board utilizes SplitTech design, which includes inside edges optimized for skinning traction and tail-shifted balance for easier kick turns. Stainless Steel Edges and Full-Perimeter UHMW Sidewalls are incorporated for long-term durability. It is also compatible with the Skinlock System for secure skin attachment. The board is rider-driven, built to last, and backed by a 4-Year Warranty and Board Slayer Program.
