Westcott V-Flat (Black)

Portable Light Control Without Compromise The Westcott V-Flat (Black) brings reliable light shaping out of the studio and into any environment you’re working in. Designed for photographers and filmmakers who need control on demand, this system combines a sturdy collapsible frame with durable fabric panels to deliver consistent performance without the bulk of traditional foam core setups. Full Coverage, Flexible Positioning With two large panels that open to create a wide, full-length surface, this V-Flat gives you the freedom to block, shape, or subtract light exactly where you need it. Whether you’re refining contrast on a portrait or controlling spill on a video set, the adjustable design allows you to fine-tune your setup without constantly repositioning your lights. Designed for Real-World Use Built around a lightweight aluminum frame, the V-Flat is engineered to handle frequent setups, breakdowns, and travel. It holds its position securely while you work, and when the shoot is over, it folds down quickly into a compact size that’s easy to store or transport. Control Light with Depth and Precision The black fabric surface is ideal for negative fill, helping you create richer shadows and more dimensional lighting. It’s equally effective for flagging unwanted light, blocking windows, or cutting reflections—giving you greater control over your scene without adding complexity to your setup. Simple, Durable, and Reusable Unlike traditional foam boards, the fabric construction resists wear and can be cleaned when needed, making it a practical long-term solution for both studio and location work. It’s a dependable tool that adapts to a wide range of shooting scenarios while maintaining a clean, professional look.
