West Point - House Plan

This stunning 3 story farmhouse checks all the boxes. It has great curb appeal with its classic gables, exposed framing and wrap-around porch and packs tons of features inside.  Off the front porch, the main entryway provides direct access to the second floor and first floor living room. The living room is flanked by both the luxurious kitchen, with its 4-seat island and the dining room with its built-in buffet and has dual French doors to access the front porch.  The kitchen is flanked by doors on either side. To the left is the mud room which features built-in cubbies, direct garage access, a half bathroom and a cozy built-in window seat. To the right is the stunning primary bed suite which features a luxurious en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet which mirrors the mud room with another window seat.  Upstairs a grand lofted lounge room greets you with an open balcony above. This huge room is a great media room away from the more formal living room. Down the hall there's a flex room which makes a perfect office space, dual secondary bedrooms which share a Jack & Jill bathroom and a spacious laundry room.  Up on the third level a balcony overlooks the lounge below and provides access to the attic which can be converted into a variety of uses. Check out the "Hudson Valley" plan for a version that utilizes this floor as conditioned space.
