West Fork Salmonfly Stone - Stonefly Dry Fly - 6 Flies Hook Size 6

Classic Salmonfly Dry Fly The West Fork Salmonfly is a dry fly pattern specifically designed to imitate the giant salmonflies (Pteronarcys californica) that emerge in late spring and early summer on many western rivers Effective Adult Salmonfly Imitation Accurately matches the large orange-brown body, segmented abdomen, and prominent wings of adult salmonflies, creating a realistic silhouette that triggers aggressive surface strikes from trout during the hatch Premium High-Floating Construction Hand-tied with quality foam or extended body materials for excellent buoyancy, paired with stiff hackle, natural wings, and durable thread wraps that keep the fly floating high even in fast, choppy water Versatile for Western Trout Fishing Ideal for freestone rivers and mountain streams when salmonflies are active; highly effective for brown, rainbow, and cutthroat trout from May through July during the annual salmonfly hatch
