Wellness Tea

'Wellness' was blended to support your body’s immune function and help alleviate any lingering cold or flu symptoms. During cold & flu season, it’s important to support the body with the nutrients it needs to function properly. Elderberry is high in vitamin C and dietary fiber, and it’s a good source of flavonols and phenolic acids which reduce damage from oxidative stress in the body. Both elderberry and elecampane root have been used for centuries to support the body's fight against respiratory illnesses. Elecampane root is an expectorant and all around powerhouse herb for clearing congestion in the lungs. Together with eucalyptus, it can help clear any mucus blockages for easier breathing. Licorice root can help soothe a sore throat and lemon balm was added for its antiviral properties and nervous system support. Sister blend: 'Immune Support' PLEASE NOTE: Consult your doctor before adding new herbs to your diet, especially if you are taking any medications. Do not consume if pregnant or breastfeeding.
