Weikav Nut65 Cu Wireless Mechanical Keyboard Barebone

The Nut65 Cu Barebone is the latest design from Weikav, the makers of the popular Lucky65. The dynamic RGB lighting that reacts to sound. It transforms your workspace into a living light show. Music, keystrokes, or ambient noise trigger vibrant lighting effects that pulse, ripple, or dance in real time, making every moment behind the keys feel immersive.  The Nut65 CU elevates the sound and feel of a custom keyboard by embracing one of the densest, most acoustically influential metals in the hobby: copper (Cu). With a bottom case crafted entirely from copper, the Nut65 CU is engineered for enthusiasts who demand richer acoustics, greater mass, and a truly premium tactile presence on the desk. Why Copper? Copper’s density — 8.9 g/cm³, over three times that of aluminum — fundamentally transforms how vibrations travel through a keyboard. This additional mass doesn’t just make the board heavier; it defines its character. Material Density (g/cm³) Common User Descriptions Acrylic 1.2 Warm, muted Aluminum 2.7 Sharp, slightly hollow Brass 8.5 Dense, sonorous Copper 8.9 Deep, resonant Stainless Steel 7.9 Bright, sharp Based on community feedback; individual experiences vary. By using a full copper bottom case, the Nut65 CU achieves a clean, solid sound profile without relying on foam fillers. Its internal structure features a carefully tuned acoustic chamber designed to channel vibrations more efficiently and reduce unwanted hollowness. NUT65 Cu makes modding effortless. With ball-catch structure, the Nut65 opens effortlessly without the need for any tools. This makes it incredibly easy to tweak and personalize your setup.   With tri-mode connectivity—USB-C wired, Bluetooth, and 2.4G wireless—and a 6000mAh battery, the NUT65 Cu keeps up with your workflow or gaming sessions for weeks on end.
