Weighted Sympathy Bear, 16" Bear Weighted at 3.5 lbs.

Weighted Bears can help with stress and anxiety regardless of the source.  The pain and grief of losing a loved one can leave someone feeling extremely lonely. Holding a teddy bear, that is weighted, can relieve stress and create a sense of calm. Our bears are weighted at 3.5 lbs. Research has also proven that using weight can help relieve anxiety. It is our hope, that a weighted Angel Bear will bring some comfort and help begin the healing process. It is recommended to allow the bear to lay on your chest to help with anxiety.   For those coping with ongoing Anxiety, Autism, Sensory Issues or ADHD a Weighted Bear can bring a sense of calm. Laying the bear on your chest or hugging the bear tells your autonomic nervous system to go into “rest mode". This creates an overall sense of peace and calm. ❤️ You can add a recorder to your bear.
