Weighted Bar Spoon

Precisely balanced for effortlessly adept mixology. Why I like It  When I was bartending in college, it was mostly beer and some questionable cocktails that made it over the bar rail. The weighted bar spoon was relegated to the back of a dusty shelf. That all changed when I started working at Les Zygomates* in Boston. This bistro had a great wine list, but the cocktails on the jazz bar side of the restaurant were outstanding and that bar spoon finally got its use and deliciously so.
