Weekly Mushroom Subscription - (PICKUP ONLY)

Golden Gills Weekly CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Subscribe today for your weekly pickup of fresh mushrooms at our storefront!  One common thread that ties local farmers to the community they serve, is Community Supported Agriculture shares. For Golden Gills, a CSA subscription is the best way to support the sustainability of our business. Most CSA's require shares to paid up front.  We want to make our mushrooms and local food for that matter, more accessible.  Bearing that in mind, this CSA order is a single weekly charge, with a weekly pickup of mushrooms from our farm in Wauconda, IL. Each week we’ll put together a sustainably packaged share full of mushrooms with our current varieties, in the size box that you ordered. If you miss your pickup and do not arrange for another option, your share will be donated to the Crystal Lake Food Pantry.  Some varieties you can expect to receive in a rotating selection are:  Oyster (Assorted Blue, King, Phoenix, Black Pearl King are some typical options) Lion's Mane Chestnut Pioppino Specialty Varieties only available to subscribers!
