Weekly Feelings Tracker

A feelings tracker is a tool for monitoring emotions daily, weekly, or on a monthly basis. It is often used by kids learning about emotions, people who struggle to understand their feelings, or those who may not be comfortable discussing them with others. The Weekly Feelings Tracker is a 6-page worksheet set compiled to help clients monitor their emotions throughout the week. This bundle includes 2 weekly feelings trackers with unique designs and 4 pages that feature different feelings, with spaces where they can write down situations that have led to these feelings. Completing these worksheets and reviewing them can help kids and teens manage changes in their moods and can serve as a starting point for discussing coping strategies. They can be provided guidance by a trusted adult who can help identify patterns in their emotional experiences. Adults may also conduct meaningful discussions with their child to avoid misunderstandings and to help them feel supported no matter what they’re going through. We also offer a monthly feelings tracker for those who would like to track a month-at-a-glance. *This item is an instant digital download.
