A full-bodied and malty brew, bottom fermented and super crisp with time. Ferment around 55 degrees. This kit contains: 9 lbs Pilsner malt extract; Munich and crystal malt; roasted barley; Perle and Mt. Hood hops; and either Wyeast Munich lager or White Labs German lager liquid yeast. Or you can choose dry yeast below. You can also choose wether or not we should crack the grains for you, or leave them intact for longer storage ( > 30 days). We will make every attempt to satisfy your hop preference, however some substitutions may happen. For instance some European hops are only available in pellet form.
