Each base can be trimmed on-site to fit your unique project requirements. Innovative Design for Seamless Tile Installation: Features a slope design suitable for both small- and large-format tiles, ensuring a flawless finish when cut along slope lines. Low-Profile Construction for Barrier-Free Entry: The 3/4-inch perimeter thickness is perfect for recessing into a subfloor, allowing for a seamless, Curbless transition. Ideal for accessible, modern shower designs. Reliable Waterproofing Integration: Pairs effortlessly with wedi® Subliner Dry sheet waterproofing membrane to extend protection beyond the shower, and the wedi® Curbless Shower Recess Installation Kit simplifies subfloor preparation. Easy Installation Over Various Subfloors: Designed for compatibility with wood and concrete subfloors, ensuring dependable performance in any bathroom configuration. How to Choose the Right Shower Base Size: Measure the distance between the center of the 2-inch subfloor pipe and the surrounding framed walls or inside edge of the wedi curb. Record the longest dimension along both the east/west and north/south axes. Select a shower base that covers 2x the length of the longest dimension along each axis. Trim the base on-site if needed to align the integrated drain with your waste pipe. The Curbless Center Drain is perfect for centered drain installations, while the Curbless Offset Drain provides a practical solution for installations where the drain is closer to the wall. Both options deliver the robust waterproofing, seamless design, and ease of installation you expect from wedi® Helpful Information & Downloads: Shipping information will be available upon order placement.
