The weBoost Home Complete Installed - 2 System Bundle covers a large home with two Home Complete boosters, and a professional installer puts in both. One booster is often not enough when the signal outside is weak. Two boosters give twice the coverage. Each one has its own outside antenna, 72 dB amplifier, and inside antenna, and the installer places them so that the two coverage areas add together. After you order, both boxes ship to you. You book the two installations back to back, and then we ask OnTech to send one installer to both. It is the simplest way to cover a large house, because the site survey, the placement of both boosters, the cabling, the grounding, and the final testing are all handled for you. Before You Order The installation service comes with a few restrictions: You must live in the United States. Installation is available only within the 50 United States. This service is for residential installations only. The OnTech installer will not perform installations in commercial buildings. You need at least one bar of existing cell signal outside your home for the boosters to work. How the Professional Installation Works 1. Scheduling the Installations You will receive two boxes after placing your order. Each contains one amplifier and its two antennas. The installer provides the cables, grounding materials, and the other installation components for both boosters. Each box has a card with instructions for scheduling that booster's installation by phone or online. Once both boosters have arrived, schedule the two visits back to back and send us the dates. We then ask OnTech to send the same installer to both. OnTech installers work in every US zip code, and a single appointment is sometimes available within 24 hours. Two visits take longer to schedule than one, and asking for a single installer on both can add to that. 2. Installer Arrival and Preparation The installer conducts a site survey with a cellular signal meter to check the outside signal strength and quality, then decides the best locations for both outside antennas, both amplifiers, and both inside antennas, so that each booster covers its own part of the house. 3. Installing Both Boosters Following the site survey, the installer mounts both amplifiers and all four antennas, provides and connects the coaxial cable for each booster, and grounds the necessary components. 4. Testing and Sign Off After installation, the installer tests the coverage of both boosters to confirm what each area is getting, and adjusts things until you are happy with how it works. Coverage Area Two Home Complete boosters cover as much as the outside signal allows, and each one covers its own part of the house. With a strong 5 bar signal outside the pair offers up to 15,000 sq ft, and with a moderate 3 to 4 bar signal up to 8,000 sq ft. With a weak 1 to 2 bar signal, which is what most people buying two boosters have, the pair covers up to 4,000 sq ft across the two covered areas. *The actual coverage area can vary based on factors such as outside signal strength, obstructions, and the materials used in your home. Supported Carriers Both boosters in this bundle are the same hardware, and each one amplifies 5G and 4G LTE along with the older 3G and 2G networks. They work on every US carrier at once, for clear calls, reliable texts, and fast data. A Note About Accessories All accessories necessary for both installations are supplied by the installer. We do not recommend purchasing additional accessories for these boosters, because the installer cannot install them.
