GE Washer/Dryer Combo LP Gas Conversion (WE25M73)

The GE Washer/Dryer Combo LP Gas Conversion kit allows you to switch your combination washer-dryer unit from natural gas to liquid propane (LP) fuel. It includes the necessary hardware and components to adjust the gas valve and burner system so the appliance operates safely and efficiently on propane instead of standard natural gas. A GE washer/dryer combo may need this conversion kit if you are moving the unit to a location that only has LP gas available, or if your home's fuel supply has changed. Without the proper conversion, the appliance will not burn fuel at the correct pressure, which can lead to poor drying performance, ignition problems, or unsafe operation. These symptoms and situations can help you decide if this conversion kit is what you need: - Dryer is connected to propane but was originally set up for natural gas - Burner flame appears too large, too small, or yellow instead of blue - Dryer takes much longer than normal to dry a load - Igniter clicks repeatedly but the burner fails to light - Unit was recently moved to a home or location served only by LP gas - Gas smell or incomplete combustion noted during dryer operation - Appliance shuts off early due to improper fuel pressure or burner output
