Wax & Wool Candles

Small batch, hand poured, soy wax candles hand-poured here in the Pacific Northwest. Each 9 oz candle has an estimated burn time 50 hours, and feature a reusable & recyclable glass jar with lid.  100% soy wax and essential oils; phthalate- and paraffin-free premium scents for an incredibly clean burn.  Classic Collection: Evergreen State : This fresh Evergreen candle perfectly captures the scent of an old growth forest. Rich in complex notes of cypress, pine, spruce and sandalwood with a punch of citrus and pleasing base notes of moss and musk, this is the scent of the place we call home.   Holiday Collection: Christmas Market : The perfect candle to ease you into the holiday season. All the scents of an old world Christmas Market mingled into one perfectly balanced blend. Traditional holiday spices, a pinch of orange zest, and a hint of wood smoke in the crisp winter air.  Tree Farm : A classic PNW scent - think ski slopes, alpine lodges, plenty of fresh air, and long standing family traditions. We refuse to call this candle Christmas in the Northwest, but honestly that just about sums it up! Cardamom Vanilla : This unique new scent is a blend of peppery cardamom, sharp, tangy nutmeg, and smooth, creamy vanilla. The ultimate in Danish hygge, it will have you reaching for your spiced chai latte and your fair isle knitting (even if you’re only a knitter in spirit!). Bayberry Garland : This scent is quintessential Wax & Wool - fresh, bright, and sophisticated. Cypress, Bay Laurel, and Fraser Fir create a strong core, with notes of bayberry, eucalyptus and patchouli dancing around on top.  Fall/ Winter Collection: Pumpkin Spice : W&W has updated their Pumpkin Spice candle to make it slightly less sweet, and a hint more on the spicy side. We love how the addition of cypress and cedarwood oils make the scent more sophisticated, while not overpowering the classic caramelized pumpkin scent we all love. Spiced Cider : This nostalgic scent smells like home. It doesn’t get any cozier than a pot of apple cider simmering on the back burner with a couple cinnamon sticks and a handful of cloves thrown in! Cinnamon Chai : This scent embodies everything we love about the season and one of our favorite fall beverages. Warm, spicy and inviting, this is what we'd light for an afternoon tete-a-tete with with an old friend. Autumn Leaves : The unique Autumn Leaves scent builds on a base of aromatic woodsmoke with layers of warm vanilla and nutmeg. Topped it off with sophisticated notes of tonka and a hint of sweet cream. Full of the nostalgia of childhood romps down crunchy, leaf covered sidewalks, this candle is sure to delight. Hibernate : This brand-new fragrance is inspired by the dream of a cozy autumnal cabin in the woods--a place we all long to retreat to with our books, our knitting, and plenty of tea. Notes of cedar and bergamot blend with a solid base of amber, patchouli, and woodland moss.  Flannel Blanket : Wrap yourself in comfort with this cozy new fragrance! Complex warm spices blend with mellowing cocoa butter, Cedarwood, amber, and musk. With added layers of saffron and patchouli to round out this cozy and unique scent.  Birchwood Vanilla : This woodsy rendition of a vanilla candle has us all swooning. It is neither too sweet, not too creamy, but has its roots deep in the woods of the PNW.  Woodland Wander : Formerly sold under the name 'Wildwood', this crowd pleaser is back for a third season! Woodland Wander is a much-loved scent inspired by the wild woods we have known. Crisp fresh balsam and pine needles underfoot, blue sky peeking through overhead, a touch of wild mint and musk on the breeze, and that heart of citrus zest we love so much, make this scent utterly irresistible. Pair with Evergreen State for an extra evergreen punch. A note about burning: For best results, let candle burn at least two hours before extinguishing. This will allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges and result in a cleaner, more efficient burn. Trim your wick before to approximately ¼” before lighting your candle.
