Delicate, rose-scented gin infused with botanicals to balance a foundation of juniper and citrus. Slightly sweet, warm spice finish. Purpose: We strove to create a balanced gin that defied expectations, pleasing palates, and allowed lighter floral notes to shine. Ingredients: Rose petal, nutmeg, and chamomile infuse light and playful gin made from corn and Ohio apples. Process: Made on our pot & column still in the style of a traditional gin, with a final maceration of chamomile flowers.
