Waterloo Gin No.9

Experience the spirit of the Texas Hill Country with Waterloo Gin No.9. Produced by Treaty Oak Distilling in Dripping Springs, Texas, this award-winning spirit redefines the category with a bold "New American" profile. While it pays homage to traditional dry gins with a strong juniper backbone, Waterloo No.9 sets itself apart by infusing indigenous Texas botanicals—including locally grown lavender, pecans, and grapefruit zest—to create a true taste of place. Bottled at a crisp 94 Proof (47% ABV), this gin is vapor-infused to extract the delicate essential oils of its nine botanicals before being cut with limestone-filtered Texas spring water. The result is a vibrant, floral, and earthy spirit that has earned a Double Gold Medal at the SIP Awards and a Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
