Waterloo Barrel Aged Gin

Blur the lines between gin and whiskey with Waterloo Barrel Aged Gin (formerly known as Waterloo Antique). Crafted by Treaty Oak Distilling in the Texas Hill Country, this spirit asks the bold question: "What would happen if we aged our gin like bourbon?" The answer is a dark, complex spirit that spends 2 years in first-use medium char American white oak barrels—a process rarely seen in the gin world, where resting periods are typically much shorter. Starting with the same botanical base as the award-winning Waterloo No.9—featuring pecan, lavender, and grapefruit—this gin transforms during its long maturation. The new charred oak imparts deep amber color and rich flavors of vanilla and nutmeg, creating a "whiskey drinker's gin" that retains a herbal backbone while delivering the weight and warmth of a fine bourbon. Bottled at 94 Proof (47% ABV), it is robust enough to be sipped neat or used to reinvent classic cocktails.
