Because this is a viscose ribbon yarn, it behaves differently than a typical yarn. The fabric is very loose, stretchy and drapey. It feels bigger when worn than what the measurements suggest. Making and blocking a gauge swatch to see how the fabric behaves is highly recommended. Gauge: 7 sts and 8 rows = 4” / 10 cm in stockinette stitch worked flat on knitting needles, wet blocked, without stretching. Note: This yarn will grow slightly when wet, so be sure to wet block your swatch for an accurate gauge measurement.
