Waterbirds Lyons Studios Limited Edition Aviation Print

Who among us hasn't dreamt of the total freedom of being able to travel by land, sea, and sky as the mood strikes us? Certainly most pilots share such a desire, particularly those who have pursued seaplane certification. With Waterbirds, world-renowned aviation artist Sam Lyons pays tribute to all-terrain aviation by showcasing both a Grumman Mallard and a Grumman Goose airborne above an alluring azure Illinois lake. In addition to the sensational duo of aviating amphibious aircraft, a third amphib can be seen operating on the crystal surface of the lake. Also adding to the 16" x 20" image's appeal is Lyons' lifelike depiction of The Prairie State's fertile farmland, as well as his mesmerizing rendition of the wild blue yonder. If you've not yet attempted liquid runway-based flight, you'll surely want to after observing this illustration. This picture is available as both an Artist Proof (limited to 30) and a signed & numbered Limited Edition print (limited to 300). Both versions are printed on acid-free paper, utilize first-rate permanent inks, and include a Certificate of Authenticity.
