Maximum Inc. Water Temperature Sensor with 150′ Cable

The Maximum Water Temperature Sensor weather instrument utilizes a precision thermistor that has been potted in a solid bronze rod, bored to accept the thermistor in its very end, along with potted wiring. The bronze rod measures 0.38″ O.D. x 3.00″ L. The precision thermistor is a solid-state device that changes its resistance inversely proportional with temperature from 150,000 Ohms at the low end to 1,500 Ohms at the high end.
