Wasabi Grater

Unlock the full flavor of real wasabi with our go-to Japanese wasabi grater. To bring out the heat, aroma, and authentic taste of fresh wasabi, a high-quality wasabi grater is essential. Half Moon Bay Wasabi proudly partners with Kinjirushi, the trusted makers of the Haganezame Wasabi Grater, crafted in Japan. Each ultra-fine tooth is designed to incorporate air while grating, creating a smooth, creamy texture with maximum flavor and pungency. The Secret Behind the わ (wa), さ (sa), び (bi) Design Each stainless steel grater is carefully etched with the “わさび” characters. The gaps in “わ,” “さ,” and “び” face different directions, allowing the grater to break down wasabi cells more finely while aerating the paste. The result? A creamier texture and a bold, clean heat that enhances every dish.
