Front adjustable billet aluminium wishbone – Toyota GR Yaris

Click Here For Fitting Instructions Precision, Performance, and Control for Your GR Yaris Transform the handling dynamics of your Toyota GR Yaris with VERKLINE's true adjustable aluminum front wishbones. Engineered for motorsport enthusiasts, these wishbones offer unparalleled adjustability for camber, caster, and anti-dive, enabling precise fine-tuning for track or rally performance. With stiffer, stronger construction and room for wider wheels, these wishbones are a game-changer for serious drivers pushing the limits of their Yaris. Price is per pair (for one car). Traditional suspension systems use rubber bushings that can flex under stress, leading to deflection and altered geometry. By replacing these with rod-ends and spherical bearings, you achieve a stiffer wishbone setup that is essential for motorsport and high-performance applications. Technical Benefits: Consistent Geometry: Minimizes deflection to maintain precise wheel alignment under load. Enhanced Handling: Reduces compliance in the suspension, resulting in more predictable steering response and improved cornering performance. Increased Durability: Stiffer components better resist wear and deformation during high-stress, competitive driving. Improved Feedback: Eliminates slack inherent in rubber bushings, ensuring immediate and accurate response from the suspension. Robust Load Handling: Provides a more secure connection between components, critical for sustaining performance under heavy loads. Why Choose VERKLINE Adjustable Wishbones? VERKLINE wishbones are not just a replacement; they are an upgrade tailored for performance enthusiasts. Whether you’re optimizing your GR Yaris for the track or rally stages, these adjustable wishbones provide the precision, durability, and responsiveness required to dominate. Enjoy the freedom to fine-tune your suspension geometry and unleash the full potential of your Yaris. Product Functionalities Camber Adjustability: Achieve a wider range of camber settings (±1.5°) to enhance cornering grip and control. Caster Adjustability: Fine-tune caster (±5°) for improved steering stability and responsiveness during high-speed driving. Anti-Dive and Anti-Lift Adjustability: Adjust suspension geometry (±16.5 percentage points) to improve braking stability and acceleration performance. Direct and Predictable Handling: Equipped with motorsport-grade uniballs to eliminate the deflection of rubber bushings, delivering sharper feedback and control. Track-Ready Strength: Designed to withstand the rigors of track racing and rally abuse, offering durability far beyond OEM standards. Wheel Compatibility: Provides ample clearance for wider wheels, unlike many competing products, ensuring maximum performance without compromise. Features High-Precision Engineering: CNC-machined from premium aluminum and high-strength steel for lightweight durability. Corrosion-Resistant Finish: Black coating adds a sleek look and long-lasting protection against the elements. Fits Compact Setups: Compatible with 15” wheels and smaller brake configurations. Plug-and-Play Installation: Preassembled and ready to install, minimizing downtime. Versatile Compatibility: Fully compatible with both OEM and VERKLINE subframes and uprights. Motorsport Aesthetic: Designed to not only perform but look stunning under your GR Yaris. What’s Included Two aluminum wishbones (left and right) Four M18 PTFE motorsport-grade rod-ends Four rubber caps for rod-ends Set of washers for anti-dive and anti-lift adjustability Two high-strength pins Two high-quality PTFE motorsport uniballs Full set of mounting bolts Printed installation instructions (9 pages) Applications Toyota GR Yaris (2020-Present) Note: Installation of this rear insert kit will introduce some additional some NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) transfer into the cabin. Note: End of our wishbone is closer to the heat shield by about 4 mm, and the gap between the stock wishbone and the heat shield is over 6 mm, so with our wishbones the gap will be 2 mm. From OEM wishbone to OEM brake disc without cover is around 10 mm, so between our wishbone and OEM brake disc is around 6 mm gap without brake dust shield.
