Wart Fern

Bring lush, tropical texture to your landscape with the Wart Fern, a hardy, fast‑spreading fern known for its glossy, bright green fronds and distinctive “warted” texture. Its bold, leathery leaves create a full, layered look that adds depth and movement to shaded and partially shaded areas. Wart Fern forms a dense, arching clump that works beautifully as a groundcover, border plant, or under‑canopy filler beneath palms and trees. Its ability to thrive in humidity, heat, and a variety of soil conditions makes it a reliable choice for Florida and other warm climates. Low‑maintenance and highly adaptable, this fern tolerates drought once established and stays evergreen year‑round. Its natural, tropical appearance pairs perfectly with palms, gingers, and other shade‑loving plants. A resilient, attractive fern that brings rich texture and effortless greenery to any tropical or subtropical landscape.
