WARMING RACK 36" AOG

Keep your main course hot and ready while you finish other dishes with the 36-inch stainless steel warming rack engineered exclusively for American Outdoor Grill 36-inch models. Item number 193-36-B-02A mounts directly onto the grill’s interior frame without additional hardware, restoring full capacity to your cooking chamber. Exact Specifications and Mounting Details The rack measures precisely 36 inches wide to align flush with the interior cavity of compatible AOG 36-inch gas grills and island cabinets. Constructed from industrial-grade stainless steel, the unit maintains structural integrity under continuous exposure to direct flame temperatures and routine rinsing. Each piece carries a weight of exactly 4.00 lbs, delivering stable support for full-size roasting pans, metal sheet trays, and ceramic serving dishes without bending or shifting during loading. Practical Applications for Outdoor Cooking This accessory functions as a secondary resting shelf that captures ambient radiant heat to keep completed proteins, vegetables, and starches at a consistent serving temperature while primary cooking grates stay occupied. The open-bar grid design encourages uninterrupted air circulation, reducing condensation and preventing finished food from drying out. When replacing aging components or assembling a custom outdoor station, this direct-match specification preserves clearance over main burners, grease systems, and front control panels.
