Warm Hearted™ Ruby Camellia

(Camellia) Bring lasting beauty to your landscape with Camellia Warm Hearted™ Ruby, an impressive evergreen shrub known for its abundant, double, ruby-pink blooms. Flowering from late fall into early winter, up to 20 weeks, it delivers brilliant color exactly when most plants have finished for the year. The lush double blossoms shine against glossy, deep green foliage, creating a striking and sophisticated display. Warm Hearted™ Ruby matures to 14–16 feet tall and 8–10 feet wide, forming a naturally upright, rounded habit that offers exceptional versatility in the garden. It makes a standout focal point near an entryway, adds height and structure to mixed borders, or creates a vibrant evergreen hedge when planted in groups. Hardy in zones 7b–10, this camellia thrives in part shade to filtered sunlight, especially where it's shielded from intense afternoon heat. Plant in moist, acidic, well-drained soil and apply mulch to help maintain cool, even moisture around the roots. Once established, it asks very little just a light prune after flowering to shape and encourage branching, and a spring feeding with an acid-loving fertilizer. With its bold color, strong structure, and long bloom season, Warm Hearted™ Ruby is a radiant addition to any southern or mild-climate garden. A Proven Winners® ColorChoice® Shrub!
