Wanna Be Friends

This image is also available in a card.  As a parent, you share in both the joy and the sadness of your children's' lives. This painting parallels a time in my life, when one of my children spent the better part of a school year with no friends and being excluded. This baby chick has lost his way, has no friends, or can't seem to find his mom. In desperation, the chick resorts to finding fellowship with this pear, hoping it will be the comfort and friendship he longs for. View more animal and spiritual artwork by Bonnie Mohr. Verse: 'Wanna Be Friends? My little chick, so innocent and alone. Have you lost your way? Somewhere, others laugh and play.....Friends - have you none? My little chick, so small and tender - I feel your pain. Your needs are few - true friendship and love. Blessed are those who are kind, who care.....those who show friendship, and help guide others along the way! The lesson is simple - Live with compassion. Lead with kindness. Love with greatness.'   Wanna Be Friends Verse © Bonnie Mohr Studio. All rights reserved.
