Are vehicles or figures included? No — the kit includes contractor signage and decals but no figures or vehicles. Add Walthers SceneMaster construction vehicles and crew figures (sold separately) to populate the scene. Does it need paint? Parts are molded in appropriate colors, so paint is optional. A quick weathering pass adds realism but is not required. What era does it suit?
