Waitlist & Pre-Authorized Disclaimer & Policy

The Sister’s Boutique “Waitlist” VS “Pre Authorized Waitlist” Waitlist: this is when an item you have added to your cart is unavailable and goes onto your list to keep your ‘wanted items’ organized. If the item becomes available again by someone dropping it from their cart or the boutique restocking the item, it will go into your shopping cart. You will have 1 hour to check out before the item expires and goes to the next person in line. Pre Authorized: The customer gives our Comment Sold system permission to check out on your behalf when the item is restocked or has dropped out of someone’s cart. The customer must go through several steps in order to get an item pre authorized. Pre authorized orders will not be eligible for cancellation or store credit at any time.  All items are organized on these two lists with the customer’s permission and is followed by an email from our system letting you know that an item has been added to your waitlist or pre authorized waitlist.
