VukGrip Bat Grip Tape (Multiple Colors)

VukGrip Bat Grip Tape: The Original Non-Slip Bat Grip Bat tape used to mean one thing: a sticky, tacky coating that felt great out of the wrapper and turned slick after a few swings. VukGrip Bat Grip Tape broke that mold. It's the first bat grip tape built on friction instead of a wearing-out tacky layer, so it holds up swing after swing — wet or dry — without a bottle of pine tar or grip spray in your bag. What Makes VukGrip Different From Other Bat Grips Most batting grips and bat wraps on the market — including well-known names in the bat grips collection — rely on a sticky top coating for hold. That coating feels tacky fresh out of the package, but light use breaks it down fast, leaving a slippery strip of material on your handle. VukGrip took a different approach entirely. Friction-Based Grip, Not a Sticky Coating Instead of a coating that wears out, VukGrip is engineered around textured friction. That means the grip doesn't fade as the tacky layer rubs off, and you're not reaching for pine tar, tiger stick, or bat spray adhesive mid-game to compensate. It performs the same whether the field is bone dry or soaked — something liquid grip aids simply can't do. Award-Winning, MLB-Proven VukGrip earned "Best of Show" at the 2017 ABCA Convention, the world's largest baseball trade show, in its very first year on the market. That same year, it made it onto an MLB field, worn by then-Oakland A's outfielder Stephen Piscotty — a fast track for a brand-new product in a crowded space. Proudly Made in the USA Every roll is manufactured in the USA with premium materials, giving you a low-profile grip that fits comfortably under your hands without adding bulk to the handle. Pair it with a fresh set of batting gloves for a complete, competition-ready setup — and remember, orders of $30 or more ship free. Key Features Friction-based grip technology — no sticky coating to wear off Performs consistently in wet or dry playing conditions Eliminates the need for pine tar, tiger stick, or bat spray adhesive Low-profile design for a true, unaltered feel on the handle "Best of Show" winner, 2017 ABCA Convention Worn in MLB games within its first year on the market Proudly made in the USA Universal fit for wood, aluminum, and composite baseball and softball bats Free shipping on orders over $30 How VukGrip Compares to Traditional Bat Tape Standard bat wraps improved on the stock grip that ships with most metal bats, but the improvement came from a sticky top layer — the same idea behind hockey tape or athletic tape, just repackaged for baseball and softball. That layer feels good for a few swings, then breaks down, and you're back to hunting for a liquid adhesive to make a $10+ "premium" grip usable again. VukGrip was built to skip that cycle entirely, which is why it holds its performance long after other wraps go slick. Frequently Asked Questions Does VukGrip Bat Grip Tape get slippery over time like other bat grips? No. Traditional bat grips rely on a sticky coating that wears down with use and becomes slick. VukGrip uses friction-based grip technology instead of a tacky top layer, so it doesn't degrade the same way and holds its performance over a much longer stretch of play. Do I still need pine tar or grip spray with VukGrip? No. VukGrip was specifically designed to eliminate the need for pine tar, tiger stick, or bat spray adhesive. Because the grip comes from friction rather than tackiness, you get consistent hold without applying anything extra to the tape. Does VukGrip work in wet weather? Yes. Unlike liquid grip aids such as pine tar or tacky spray, which only work when the bat and your hands are dry, VukGrip's friction-based design performs consistently in both wet and dry playing conditions. Does this product qualify for free shipping? Yes. VukGrip Bat Grip Tape ships free on orders of $30 or more. Orders under $30 may have a shipping charge calculated at checkout, so consider adding a second color or a pair of batting gloves to reach the free shipping threshold. Is VukGrip Bat Grip Tape made in the USA? Yes. VukGrip is proudly manufactured in the USA using premium materials, and it was named "Best of Show" at the 2017 ABCA Convention, the world's largest baseball trade show, in its first year on the market. Will VukGrip fit my bat? VukGrip's low-profile design fits wood, aluminum, and composite bats for both baseball and softball. If you want a thicker handle feel, you can layer it over an existing bat grip or athletic tape. Has VukGrip been used at the professional level? Yes. Within its first year on the market, VukGrip Bat Grip Tape was worn in MLB games by then-Oakland A's outfielder Stephen Piscotty.
