VTT Billet BMW Transfer Case Bushing Inserts

Stop the Flex. Launch with Confidence. Soft bushings are the enemy of hard launches and drivetrain longevity. The factory BMW transfer case bushings—especially on the G8X and F9X platforms—are notoriously soft. That’s the last thing you want when you’re putting serious power down. Sure, you could replace the entire bushing with a solid one, but that often requires lowering or removing the transfer case—not to mention the added NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) that comes with it. Our transfer case bushing inserts offer a smarter solution: reduce bushing flex without sacrificing comfort. You keep smooth, quiet drivability around town and at idle—but when it’s time to launch, the transfer case stays planted. Fitment Notice – Two Versions Available: BMW uses two different transfer case bushing types. We now offer Version A and Version B inserts to match.  You must physically inspect your vehicle’s bushing to determine which version you need. We are not responsible for incorrect orders if this step is skipped.
