Vortex Series Compact Digital Eddy Current Flaw Detector

The VORTEX Series is an ultra-compact handheld Eddy Current Flaw Detector designed for easy one-handed operation. With a weight of only 678g, it integrates cutting-edge microelectron-ics-based digital signal processing and real-time dual-frequency eddy current technology, powered by a high-performance microprocessor to enable real-time, precise identification of flaws in metal components. The unit features a robust IP65/IP67 protection rating, offering resistance to water, dust, and impacts, ensuring reliable performance in challenging environments. It is particularly suited for inspection tasks in elevated or confined spaces. This instrument stands as a powerful industrial testing tool that expertly balances performance, portability, and reliability. Features Higher Detection Resolution: Improves flaw detection capability from the conventional 0.1 mm down to 0.05 mm. Dual Probe Modes: Supports both single-ended and bridge modes to adapt to diverse inspection scenarios. Outstanding Core Performance: Features an ultra-wide excitation frequency range from 10 kHz to 12 MHz. Advanced Scanning Modes: Offers circular, rectangular, and linear scans, plus an intelligent mode that automatically disregards non-relevant signals. Dual Display Mode: Simultaneously displays the Impedance Plane Diagram and the Time-Base Scan.
