Rotating Mount Collar: move the eyepiece to suit sitting, prone, or a viewer of a different height. Helical Focus Wheel: smooth, precise focus control. Rubber Armor: protects the body and gives a secure grip. Nitrogen Purged and O-Ring Sealed: fully waterproof and fogproof. Twist Up Eyecup: comfortable viewing with or without eyeglasses. Description Crossfire HD is the spotting scope for someone who needs real reach without a flagship budget, and it covers the two configurations that matter most. The 16-48x65 is the lighter, more packable option, a sensible choice when the scope has to ride in a backpack up a mountain and weight is a live concern. The 20-60x80 trades portability for a larger objective and more magnification, which pays off when you are glassing from a truck, a treeline or a fixed position and want to pick apart distant country. Both carry HD glass, full waterproof sealing and the same lifetime coverage. Both also mount straight onto a modern tripod head via an Arca-Swiss compatible foot with no plate required, and both have a rotating collar so the eyepiece can be moved to suit a sitting or prone position or a viewer of a different height. Use either with a solid tripod. Backed by the Vortex VIP unlimited lifetime warranty: unconditional, fully transferable, and no receipt required.
