**NEW** Volume Boost Spicule Facial Program

Most over-the-counter spicule formulations generate surface-level stimulation intended to induce transient tightening. While micro-spicule activation may increase epidermal turnover signals, the majority of retail systems do not incorporate structured post-activation modulation or controlled dermal support The Volume Boost Spicule Facial and Eye Programs were engineered to address this structural limitation. Designed as calibrated two-phase dermal bio-stimulation systems for professional application, the protocols integrate controlled activation followed by structured recovery to support collagen-related signaling conditions and optimize post-stimulation remodeling environments. The activation phase utilizes hydrolyzed sponge micro-spicules aligned with documented micro-injury models associated with fibroblast activity during the wound-repair cascade. Within this defined activation window, the system integrates Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA), referenced in aesthetic medicine for structural collagen support; a multi growth factor peptide complex to support extracellular matrix communication and renewal pathways; Sodium DNA (PDRN), associated in regenerative literature with tissue-repair signaling; niacinamide to reinforce barrier integrity and reduce transepidal water loss; and Centella Asiatica derivatives to assist in post-stimulation modulation. The recovery phase introduces a structured hydrogel matrix engineered to provide controlled occlusion. Occlusive environments are documented to enhance stratum corneum hydration, improve diffusion efficiency, and stabilize the post-activation microenvironment. This sequential activation–recovery architecture is designed to support collagen-signaling conditions, optimize bioactive diffusion, stabilize barrier response, and enhance visible firmness and elasticity appearance over time. Developed for professional treatment environments, the Volume Boost protocols represent a structured dermal bio-stimulation framework rather than a single-phase cosmetic resurfacing product. Pro Tips for the Volume Boost Spicule Facial Program Tip 1   Each syringe in the facial program may feel like a generous amount, but we do recommend using the full syringe for each treatment to achieve the best results. If it feels like too much product at once, you can apply it in layers. Apply the first layer, gently massage it into the skin, and then add the remaining product as a second layer. This allows the skin to absorb the formulation more comfortably while still using the full syringe as intended. Tip 2   Because this program is designed to enhance the absorption of active ingredients, it is the perfect opportunity to follow with targeted products. If you have a specific serum you would like to penetrate more effectively, such as a brightening or whitening serum, you can apply it after removing the mask as a finishing step. The skin will be in an optimal state to absorb these ingredients more effectively than with normal topical application. INTRODUCING VOLUME BOOST SPICULE FACIAL PROGRAM Advanced Multi Mechanism Bio Stimulation System for Visible Firmness and Dermal Density Support The Volume Boost Spicule Facial Program is engineered as a structured, two step bio stimulation protocol designed to support visible firmness, elasticity appearance, and dermal density profile through coordinated mechanical activation and regenerative recovery. This is not a trend driven spicule cream. It is a multi mechanism formulation architecture integrating controlled micro stimulation, collagen support biomaterials, peptide signaling technology, nucleic acid regeneration support, and hydrogel mediated diffusion enhancement. The activation phase utilizes Hydrolyzed Sponge micro spicules to create temporary superficial micro channels. Controlled micro stimulation techniques are widely documented in dermatologic literature to trigger fibroblast activity and support collagen signaling pathways through wound healing cascades. While this system is non invasive and topical, it leverages that same biological principle of controlled activation. Poly L Lactic Acid is included as a collagen support biomaterial. PLLA is well established in aesthetic medicine for its association with collagen induction when used in injectable form. In topical format, PLLA functions as part of a broader signaling environment designed to support dermal structure during the post activation window. The multi peptide growth factor complex, including sh Oligopeptide 1, sh Oligopeptide 2, sh Polypeptide 1, and sh Polypeptide 22, supports cellular communication pathways associated with epidermal renewal, matrix organization, and elasticity appearance.Published research on topical growth factor peptides demonstrates improvements in fine line appearance and barrier recovery when delivered in optimized environments. Sodium DNA PDRN, a polydeoxyribonucleotide compound studied in regenerative medicine, supports tissue recovery pathways and cellular repair signaling. In topical cosmetic applications, PDRN is used to support resilience and post stimulation recovery. Barrier integrity and inflammatory modulation are supported through Niacinamide, Centella Asiatica, Madecassoside, and Panthenol. Niacinamide is clinically documented to reduce transepidermal water loss and improve barrier function. Centella derivatives are widely studied for their calming and recovery supporting properties. Hydration and matrix preservation are reinforced with Tremella Fuciformis extract, Sodium Hyaluronate, Trehalose, and Betaine, forming a high capacity water binding complex that helps maintain moisture balance during the activation phase. The second phase introduces a structured hydrogel mask that creates a controlled occlusive environment. Occlusion is well documented to enhance penetration by increasing stratum corneum hydration. The hydrogel network formed by Chondrus Crispus and polymer systems acts as a diffusion stabilizer while minimizing moisture loss. Poly L Lactic Acid and Sodium DNA PDRNcontinue their support during the recovery phase. Niacinamide and Adenosine contribute to tone refinement and wrinkle appearance improvement. Shea Butter reinforces lipid barrier integrity following stimulation. Botanical antioxidants including Turmeric, Neem, Holy Basil, and Eggplant provide oxidative stress support during remodeling. Immediately after treatment, skin appears smoother, more hydrated, and visibly firmer. With continued professional protocol use, improvements in firmness appearance, elasticity profile, and structural resilience become progressively more noticeable. What distinguishes this program from typical online spicule products is its full architectural design. Most spicule products rely solely on surface stimulation. This system integrates mechanical activation, biomaterial support, peptide signaling, nucleic acid regeneration, and structured occlusive recovery into one coordinated professional protocol. Designed for clinical settings, this program supports clients experiencing early laxity, dermal thinning, volume fatigue, and structural weakening who are seeking non invasive collagen support solutions.
