Voltrex — Ligament & Spinal Cord Recovery for Dogs by Gold Standard Herbs

Targeted support for ligament healing, spinal cord inflammation, and acute joint or disc episodes in dogs. Voltrex is the go-to acute-phase formula in the Gold Standard Herbs line — designed by Dr. Steve Marsden DVM to support recovery from soft tissue injury, disc episodes, post-surgical inflammation, and tick-borne joint disease. It's most often used before transitioning to (or alongside) Lumbrex for long-term mobility support. Best for dogs with: Acute disc episodes (IVDD flare-ups) Recent ligament or tendon injury Post-surgical orthopedic or spinal recovery Tick-borne joint disease (Lyme, Ehrlichia, Anaplasma) Neck stiffness or unexplained joint inflammation Spinal cord trauma or inflammation How to use: Mix powder directly into food. Typical acute protocol: use Voltrex on its own for the first 2–3 weeks of an episode, then transition to or add Lumbrex for ongoing circulation and weakness support. Safe alongside conventional anti-inflammatories under veterinary guidance. To use, just fold the herbs into your pet's real food diet, mix them with a little butter, or shake them up with broth or water and pour them over top if using canned or kibble. As a suggested starting dose, give twice daily as follows: Up to 15 pounds: 1/8 tsp 15 to 40 pounds: 1/4 tsp 40 to 70 pounds: 1/2 tsp 70 to 110 pounds: 3/4 tsp Over 110 pounds: 1 tsp If benefits are not seen, the dose can be safely doubled.
