Volans 7 Year Tequila Extra Añejo

Presenting Volans 7 Year Tequila Extra Añejo Limited Release, an exquisite testament to the art of traditionally made tequila, now available at Quality Liquor Store. This exceptional limited edition embodies Volans' profound dedication to their craft and a deep respect for both the Jalisco Highlands land and its precious agave. It's a collector's dream and a connoisseur's benchmark, showcasing the pinnacle of aged tequila. Handcrafted with meticulous care, this extraordinary expression begins with mature agaves sourced directly from the highlands of Jalisco, celebrated for producing tequilas of exceptional character. After distillation, the spirit embarks on a lengthy maturation journey: it is initially aged for six years in carefully selected American white oak bourbon barrels, filled at a robust 48% ABV to preserve its integrity. For its final year, it undergoes an additional finishing period in French oak, adding layers of complexity and elegance. Post-aging, the final blend is meticulously stabilized in stainless steel tanks for nearly six months, ensuring perfect harmony and smoothness before bottling. TASTING NOTES Nose: Rich cooked agave, toasted oak, vanilla bean, dried fruits, and a hint of dark chocolate. Taste: Complex layers of caramel, baking spices, rich agave sweetness, dark cherry, and a velvety texture. Finish: Long, warm, and exceptionally smooth, with lingering notes of sweet oak, dried fruit, and a sophisticated elegance.
