Vivreau Pack 1 PURITY C1100 XtraSafe VIVREAU (1051745)

Purity C1100 XtraSafe Filter 1051745 The Vivreau Purity C1100 XtraSafe Filter cartridge delivers targeted protection against the chlorides, sulphates and gypsum found in water in certain regions. It employs an effective five-step filtration process, including dual ion exchangers, to reliably improve your water. XtraSafe removes coarse particles, removes chlorides and sulfates, removes temporary hardness that results in scale, reduces chlorine, improves taste and improves odor. XtraSafe is a great choice for chloride removal when chloride levels are under 250 Parts Per Million. Water high in salts and gypsum can corrode combi steamers and ovens, coffee makers and other valuable equipment. It can cause significant damage and additional maintenance effort – and necessitate earlier replacement of parts. Vivreau developed PURITY C1100 XtraSafe with precisely these challenges in mind. The cartridge delivers targeted protection against the chlorides, sulphates and gypsum found in mains water in certain regions. It employs an effective five-step filtration process, including dual ion exchangers, to reliably improve your water. What’s more, the recommended filtration bypass settings help ensure the ideal water composition – including just the right degree of carbonate hardness – for great-tasting coffee, perfectly steamed vegetables, meat and other dishes, plus irresistible baked goods and pastries. The Purity C1100 XtraSafe Filter requires the use of a flow meter. The capacity calculator will determine the capacity of the filter. Capacity is tracked with the flow meter installed with the filter. Capacity calculator for XtraSafe. The benefits to you: Specially designed for water high in salts and gypsum Dual defence: two ion exchangers protect your equipment against corrosion, limescale and gypsum deposits Prevents damage that would require premature replacement of parts Filtration bypass settings are tailored specifically to steaming food and brewing coffee Use data on local water conditions to calculate user-specific recommendations for capacity and filtration bypass settings Systematic filter technology: Pre-filtration First, a pre-filter traps coarse particles. Cation reduction This stage reduces carbonate and permanent hardness, as well as various cations. This helps prevent limescale. Anion reduction This medium removes remaining ions (anions), such as chlorides and sulphates, to reduce the risk of corrosion and gypsum deposits. Activated carbon The water is then filtered with activated carbon, removing substances that could have an adverse effect on taste and aroma. Fine filtration At the end of the filtration process, a fleece captures any fine particles Facts The Vivreau Purity C1100 XtraSafe Filter (1002982) is compatible with the Vivreau NPT Male 1/2 0-70% Variable Filter Head (1031654), and requires the Vivreau Flow Meter (1051280).
