Vitamix Commercial XL Blender

Most Available Power and Capacity The Vitamix XL Blender is the only readily available commercial blending system with a large enough container and powerful matching motor to handle incredibly large jobs. The Vitamix XL's design allows for reduced prep time and increased efficiencies, as you can now create multiple servings in one batch (up to twenty-four 8 oz. servings) while making preparation faster by reducing unnecessary chopping. The 4.2 Horsepower belt-driven motor is unrivaled in the industry and can tackle the toughest tasks from thick ingredients to large batches to repetitive use. While the 1.5 Gallon container is incredibly large, the offset motor base measures only 12.5 inches high, giving you more room for overhead space. Vitamix product number 5201. Easy To Operate Your kitchen staff can start using Vitamix XL Blender in a matter of seconds. It is designed to simplify every task with either high or variable-speed blending. You'll learn how to easily prepare purees or chopped vegetables that cost less to make than fabricated products. Most importantly, the Vitamix XL is easy to clean. The container rinses easily, and the base needs little more than a quick wipe with a wet cloth at the end of the day. Surrounding the motor is a sturdy ABS plastic body that withstands abuse and is easy to clean.
