Vitamin & Mineral Imbalance Test (Digital)

The 5Strands at-home vitamin and mineral test will indicate which key vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and amino acids the body is not absorbing properly from your food and/or supplements. Of the 80+ items, the report will not indicate a result for all tested items. Only those items that exceed the threshold set by the lab will be on the report. Unlike blood testing, it will not provide you with a physical measurement of the body's nutrients. Testing results take 7-10 days after the hair sample has been received at the processing center. Since this type of testing is energetic in nature, it will indicate items that your body may need more before it manifests into a physical issue (hair loss, muscle cramping, joint pain, inflammation, brittle nails, dry skin). It is always best to get the needed nutrients from your food. This vitamin and mineral home test kit will allow you to alter your food or supplement consumption accordingly. If you are currently supplementing with a particular vitamin and/or nutrient, and that item registered on your report, can indicate that the source of the supplement is not being absorbed properly by the body. This would indicate the need to consume whole foods that contain the nutrients needed versus continuing on the synthetic supplement.  Consuming foods that you are intolerant to can also create an inflammatory response at the cellular level, which can inhibit the absorption of the nutrients.
