Dr. Lara Devgan Vitamin C+B+E Ferulic Serum

Product Overview Dr. Lara Devgan Vitamin C+B+E Ferulic Serum is a concentrated morning antioxidant serum developed to brighten the appearance of the complexion, support a more even-looking tone, and help defend skin from environmental oxidative stress. The updated formula combines 25% vitamin C, 2% vitamin B, 1.5% vitamin E, and 0.75% ferulic acid. A mixed-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid foundation adds hydration while the antioxidant blend supports smoother-looking texture and a fresh, luminous finish. The multi-active composition addresses dullness and visible unevenness without replacing daily moisturizer or sun protection. This serum is distinguished by its high declared vitamin C concentration and complementary antioxidant system. It is intended as a consistent daytime step followed by hydrating care and sunscreen. Recommended For Dull, tired-looking skin in need of visible brightness. Uneven-looking tone and textural irregularity. Skin exposed to daily environmental stressors. Dehydrated skin that benefits from a hyaluronic acid-based serum foundation. All skin types; reactive skin should introduce a high-strength vitamin C formula gradually and monitor comfort. Texture and Experience The concentrated serum spreads in a few drops and layers easily beneath a hydrating serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Apply to dry skin and allow it to absorb before continuing the routine. Key Ingredients Vitamin C (25%): Provides antioxidant support and helps improve the appearance of brightness and uneven tone. Vitamin B (2%): Supports a balanced, healthy-looking complexion. Vitamin E (1.5%): Complements vitamin C with antioxidant and conditioning support. Ferulic Acid (0.75%): An antioxidant used to reinforce the formula’s environmental defense. Mixed-Molecular-Weight Hyaluronic Acid: Helps attract and retain moisture at multiple levels for a hydrated, supple appearance. Conscious Formula The current formula is built around a mixed-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid base and a concentrated antioxidant blend. Dr. Lara Devgan Scientific Beauty does not publish additional formula certifications for this product, so none are claimed here. The current ingredient list is shown in the Ingredients tab above and on the packaging. Available Size 1.0 fl oz / 30 mL. Safety Information This is a high-strength antioxidant serum for external use on the face, neck and décolletage. Apply two to three drops to clean, dry skin, keep the formula out of the immediate eye area, and let it absorb before you layer hydration, moisturizer and sunscreen. Because the declared vitamin C level is high, reactive skin does better starting on alternate mornings and building up as comfort allows. A patch test along the jawline or on the inner forearm is a sensible first step, and you can pause use if stinging, redness or discomfort persists. Concentrated vitamin C formulas are sensitive to air, light and warmth, so close the bottle promptly and store it away from direct sunlight and heat; some darkening of color over time is normal for this category. Keep it out of reach of children. The brand does not publish a full online ingredient list, so read the packaging before first use if you have known ingredient sensitivities. If you are unsure how it fits with the rest of your routine, book an online skincare consultation. Not recommended for: Anyone with a known sensitivity to any ingredient printed on the packaging. Broken, cracked or freshly exfoliated skin — wait until the surface feels settled again. Use inside the eyes, on the lips or on other mucous membranes. Daily use straight away on reactive skin, or in the same step as exfoliating acids or a retinal serum; alternate mornings and separate steps work better. The days right after an in-studio resurfacing service, unless your esthetician has told you when to restart your usual routine. Children. Frequently Asked Questions How is this different from the NAD+ Glutathione Serum? This serum concentrates on brightness: 25% vitamin C with vitamin B, vitamin E and ferulic acid, intended as a morning step. The NAD+ Glutathione Serum spreads its antioxidant support across seven highlighted actives in a lighter formula the brand positions for both morning and evening. Choose this one when a more even-looking, luminous tone is the goal, and the other for gentler everyday antioxidant support. Can I use it with a hyaluronic acid serum? Yes, and the routine is usually built that way. Apply this serum first on dry skin, then follow with the Hyaluronic Serum for intensive moisture, or the lighter Hyaluronic Niacin Panthenol Serum if you prefer a simpler daily layer. This formula already sits on a hyaluronic acid base, but a dedicated hydrating step still helps skin that feels tight. Morning or evening? The brand positions it as a morning serum, and sunscreen should be the final step of that routine — antioxidant care complements sun protection rather than replacing it. The SPF 44 BB Cream is an easy way to close the routine. Can I use it with a retinal serum? Keep them in separate routines rather than the same step: this serum in the morning, the Retinal Bakuchiol Serum 5x in the evening. If your skin is already adjusting to a retinal or to exfoliating acids, start this serum on alternate mornings. How does it fit around in-studio services? It works well as the everyday brightening step between salon facials, HydraFacial sessions and dermaplaning. After stronger resurfacing such as VI Peels, pause high-strength actives and let your esthetician tell you when to bring them back. Pairs Well With Advanced Lauric Acid Cleanser: leaves skin clean and fully dry before the serum goes on. Hyaluronic Serum: the hydrating layer that follows this concentrated antioxidant step. Advanced Recovery Cream: a richer moisturizer for skin that feels dry after a high-strength serum. SPF 44 BB Cream: the final morning step this serum is designed to sit under.
