Vitality Testosterone Support (Copy)

Product Overview Transparent Labs Vitality is an innovative 3-in-1 natural hormone optimizing supplement that boosts bioactive testosterone levels while controlling estrogen and cortisol production. Set the foundation for lean muscle gains, fat burning, strength, libido, confidence, and overall vitality with clinical doses of proven ingredients, such as LJ100® Eurycoma longifolia extract, KSM-66® organic ashwagandha extract, PrimaVie® shilajit extract, L-OptiZinc®, and BioPerine®. These premium ingredients work synergistically to protect Leydig cells that comprise the testicles, reduce aromatase activity, and augment luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) which govern testosterone production and fertility. In turn, TL Vitality primes the body for optimal well-being and athletic performance by encouraging balanced ratios of testosterone to cortisol and testosterone to estradiol. Ingredient Profile Directions: As a Dietary Supplement, Take 2 Capsules Once Daily. Serving Size: 2 Capsules Servings Per Container: 30 Zinc (as L-OptiZinc® (L-Methionine)) - 15 mg L-OptiZinc® is a special chelated zinc that’s formed with L-methionine. Research shows that zinc-methionine complex is one of the most bioavailable forms of zinc, ensuring your body properly absorbs and utilizes this key mineral.1Zinc has diverse actions in the human body since it is a cofactor for various metalloenzymes. Human studies suggest that zinc is especially crucial for supporting fertility and testosterone production in adult males.2,3 One study found that middle-aged men with preexisting infertility experienced an average 250% increase in sperm cell counts and 54% increase in total testosterone levels after taking a zinc supplement daily for three months.4 Also, males with zinc deficiency are generally at a greater risk of infertility.5 Organic Ashwagandha Extract (as KSM-66®) - 600 mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha Root Extract (standardized to contain ≥5% withanolides): Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is arguably the most versatile adaptogenic herb known to man. A thorough body of clinical research has shown that ashwagandha consumption promotes healthy testosterone levels and mitigates stress-induced cortisol secretion, thereby encouraging better quality of life in men.6 Notably, a formative 3-month study of 75 adult males given 600 mg of ashwagandha root extract daily found that testosterone levels increased an average of 40% above baseline values.7 Their sperm cell count (i.e. fertility) also improved significantly. Shilajit Extract (as PrimaVie®) - 250mg Shilajit is a rare exudate (thick fluid) found naturally in rocks of the Himalayan mountains; it’s formed over the course of centuries by microorganisms that decompose plant material. Shilajit is commonly used in Ayurveda as a means of improving vitality and overall well-being. Several controlled human studies have shown that shilajit can significantly increase total testosterone and free testosterone levels, the latter of which is the “biologically useful” form of testosterone.8 One recent clinical trial even found that healthy adult males given a purified shilajit supplement for 90 days experienced nearly 50% greater increases in free testosterone levels than those who were in the placebo group9. Quercetin Dihydrate - 250 mg Quercetin is a secondary plant metabolite (polyphenol) found in a range of fruits and vegetables. It’s a vital micronutrient that serves antioxidant roles in many important body systems, particularly the cardiovascular system and reproductive system.10 Several murine studies suggest that quercetin protects Leydig cells — the cells that comprise testicular tissue — from toxin-induced damage, thereby preserving testosterone levels and fertility11,12. DIM (Diindolylmethane) - 125 mg 3,3′-diindolylmethane (DIM) is a bioactive metabolite of indole-3-carbinol (I3C), a phytochemical found in cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower. DIM appears to regulate estrogen metabolism by selectively modulating the aryl-hydrocarbon receptor, which plays an important role in gene expression in both men and women.13 In vivo and in vitro data suggest that DIM has favorable effects on muscle growth, recovery, libido, mood, and overall well-being by balancing estradiol levels14,15 LJ100® (Standardized Eurycoma longifolia extract) - 100mg Eurycoma longifolia, commonly referred to as Tongkat ali or Longjack, has been used for centuries in folk medicine as a natural aphrodisiac and appetite-stimulating herb. The roots of this plant contain a range of compounds called quassinoids, the most noteworthy being eurycomanone. Several studies have shown that athletes supplementing Eurycoma longifolia have significant increases in the ratio of testosterone to cortisol, as well as improvements in lean body mass, strength, and arm circumference.16,17,18 Vitality is formulated with premium LJ100® that delivers a standardized amount of bioactive quassinoids. Bioperine® (Black Pepper (Fruit) Extract) - 10 mg Bioperine® is an extract obtained from the black pepper fruit. In its patented form, BioPerine® has been clinically tested (in the United States) to significantly enhance the bioavailability of various supplement nutrients through increased absorption. Boron (as Bororganic Glycine) - 5 mg Boron is an essential trace mineral that plays numerous roles throughout the body. A recent research review suggests that men who supplement with boron daily have significantly higher levels of testosterone and lower levels of estradiol (estrogen) than those who don’t take a boron supplement.19 Even more compelling, supplemental boron has been shown to boost free testosterone and reduce estrogen within just one week.20
