Frequently Asked QuestionsWhere does it sit in the routine? Last step of cleansing. After Fluid Falls, Icy Falls, Wonder Falls, Bubble Falls or Aqua Falls, sweep it over the face, then move on to serum and moisturizer. Do I still need it if my cleanser rinses clean? Yes, if you rinse with tap water. Vital Falls neutralizes the effects of hard water and lifts the film it leaves behind, which a rinse cannot do on its own. How is it different from Primary Veil? Vital Falls closes the cleansing step and removes residue. Primary Veil comes afterwards as a prepping mist. They run in that order rather than replacing one another. Does it contain alcohol? Yes. Denatured alcohol sits high in the ingredient list and gives the toner its brisk, fresh finish. Skin that finds that drying will be more comfortable with Primary Veil. Cotton pad or hands? Either. Soak a pad and wipe, or pour a little into the palms and press it over the face, taking care to avoid the eyes.
