7 Piece Bar Essentials Set by Viski | Barsonist

For the home bartender who is serious about building a functional bar setup from the ground up, the Viski 7 Piece Bar Essentials Set delivers every tool needed to execute classic cocktails with the kind of consistency that comes from having the right equipment in hand. Construction The set is built around professional bar logic rather than gift-box aesthetics. The large and small Boston shaker tins are stainless steel, weighted enough to seat firmly together without wobbling mid-shake, and sized to handle both single and double batches without overflow risk. The double jigger sits solidly in the hand with clearly marked measurements on both sides, so you are reading the pour accurately rather than guessing. The crystal cocktail mixing glass has real heft to it, the kind that keeps ice cold longer and gives the spoon something to work against. The twisted bar spoon is long enough to reach the bottom of a tall mixing glass and the spiral handle gives you the rotational control that a flat spoon never will. The muddler has enough length and grip to press herbs and citrus without your knuckles hitting the rim of the glass, and the Hawthorne-style strainer snaps cleanly over the shaker tin with a coil tight enough to catch ice chips on the pour. Performance This is a set that covers the full workflow of a cocktail service rather than a few steps of it. You can build a stirred Manhattan in the mixing glass, shake a whiskey sour in the Boston tins, muddle a mojito without swapping to a separate vessel, and strain everything clean with a single strainer. The double jigger moves fast between a half ounce and one and a half ounce without fumbling for a second tool. For anyone hosting more than one person at a time, having matched shaker tins in two sizes means you can run two cocktails in parallel without waiting for a single shaker to free up. Who This Is For This set is the right starting point for someone equipping a home bar for the first time and the right consolidation purchase for someone who has been working with mismatched tools and wants a coherent kit. It fits naturally into a kitchen bar setup, a bar cart, or an outdoor entertaining space. It handles everything from margaritas and mojitos to espresso martinis and Manhattans, covering both shaken and stirred technique in one set. It also makes a considered gift for anyone moving into a first home, building out a new bar space, or stepping up from plastic and novelty barware. If you are looking for a complete bartender kit for home use that covers shaking, stirring, muddling, measuring, and straining, this Viski set gives you all seven tools in a single purchase. It is well suited to anyone making cocktails regularly at home who wants professional-grade tools without buying each piece separately. The Viski 7 Piece Bar Essentials Set includes a large Boston shaker tin, a small Boston shaker tin, a stainless steel double jigger, a cocktail mixing glass, a bar spoon, a muddler, and a Hawthorne strainer. It is designed for home bartenders who make shaken and stirred cocktails and need a complete, matched tool set. Selected for Barsonist because it covers the full spectrum of core bar technique in one coherent, professionally proportioned kit that performs the same way a well-stocked back bar does.
