Virnig V60 Tine Fork Grapple (SSL) (CTL)

The Virnig V60 Tine Fork Grapple (SSL) (CTL) is an extreme-duty skid-steer attachment built for large loaders and high-demand commercial work. Designed for contractors and farms that handle bulky debris, manure, brush, and uneven loads, it clamps with confidence while penetrating tough piles. Independent dual jaws: Each jaw operates with its own cylinder, allowing synchronized yet individually adjustable clamping for irregular shapes and varying load profiles. No cross member at tine tips: Maximizes material penetration and reduces snagging when grabbing compacted debris or dense brush. Heavy-duty frame with vertical braces: Four 1/2" thick vertical braces inside the frame deliver strength for demanding, day-in and day-out use. Removable, replaceable tines: High-tensile 2 1/4" diameter tines are replaceable, enabling long service life in harsh environments. High-performance hydraulic cylinders: Two 2" bore, 8.375" stroke cylinders with NitroSteel® rods resist corrosion, dents, and flaking for extended longevity. Greasable pins and precision pivoting: 1.25" cylinder pins and 1.563" hinge pins are greasable, with Teflon®-coated bushings for smooth operation at all pivot points. Machine-specific hose routing: A dedicated hydraulic package protects hose routing, reducing wear and potential leaks during complex moves. Replaceable bolt-on step: Laser-cut steel step with an aggressive pattern provides secure footing in tough conditions and is easy to replace when worn. Included cylinder guards: Cylinder guards come standard to shield the cylinders during heavy-duty use. Known clearance note for certain loaders: Be aware of potential clearance issues on M-Series Bobcat loaders when cylinder guards are installed and jaws are open. Wide compatibility and availability: Available in 72" (73.3" overall width), 78" (79.3"), 84" (85.3"), and 90" (91.3") widths to fit a range of skid steer options; weighs from 1,325 to 1,495 lbs depending on size; jaw openings are 40.2" for easy loading and unloading. Includes universal mounting hardware: Comes with universal skid steer mounting hoses, couplers, and fittings for quick installation. Recommended capacity: Designed for loader ROC greater than 2,400 lbs, ensuring the attachment works with larger machines without overloading the hydraulics. The V60 series is engineered for the most demanding applications and the largest skid steers. The independent jaws provide precise, controlled clamping on debris piles, manure spreads, and brush rows, while the no-cross-member design and robust tines ensure deep engagement and secure transport. With NitroSteel rods, replaceable wear components, and a hose-protection hydraulic package, this grapple is built to withstand daily commercial use and reduce downtime. Whether you’re cleaning up job sites, managing waste, or organizing material in a busy yard, the Virnig V60 delivers dependable performance and long-term value.
