Virnig | Hex-Guard Rail Pallet Fork For Skid Steer

The Virnig Hex-Guard Rail Pallet Fork for Skid Steer is a redesigned, stronger yet lighter attachment built for efficient pallet handling and secure loads. It’s crafted for contractors and fleet operators who demand reliable performance, safer operator access, and versatile loading options. Rail construction: 3/4" beveled rail provides added strength while keeping weight down, with a load rating up to 6,200 lbs depending on model. Brickguard design: 3/16" Grade 50 brickguard flush with the tines to help keep loads secure during transport and placement. Tines: Adjustable ITA Class II forged tines engineered for durability and dependable engagement with pallets; available across multiple lengths for versatility. Tine length options: Choose from 42", 48", or 60" tine lengths to match pallet size and handling needs, with capacities ranging from 4,000 to 6,200 lbs on standard configurations. Capacity range: Models deliver 4,000–6,200 lbs when loaded per the corresponding tine length and frame configuration, enabling common pallet and skidding tasks without swapping attachments. Dimensions and weight: Frame width around 45.5" and overall height of 37" provide stable handling; weights vary by model from roughly 345 to 415 lbs for easier maneuverability and installation. Safety and accessibility: Bolt-on step on either side enhances entry and exit safety for operators, reducing the risk during mounting and dismounting. Version options: Walk-Through, Hi-Vis, and Wide versions are available to suit different working environments and visibility needs. This pallet fork is designed to deliver practical benefits on the job: higher strength-to-weight ratio reduces strain on your machine while maintaining responsiveness, the brickguard and rail design minimize load loss and shifting, and the multiple tine lengths let you tailor the attachment to each job—whether you’re moving skids, mixed pallets, or long loads. With the bolt-on step and optional walk-through and visibility-focused variants, it’s built for safer, more efficient operation across a range of applications.
