The Viqua QS-740 Replacement Sleeve shields the UV lamp within the chamber from contact with water running through the system while serving as a great medium for UV light filtration. It is made with 100% fused silica. The sleeve may require cleaning if a noticeable coating of minerals can be seen. If the sleeve becomes permanently cloudy, it must be replaced, as performance will decrease. If the sleeve is cracked, it should be replaced immediately. Order your replacement QS-740 UV sleeve today and continue to enjoy great-tasting filtered water!
