SIZING: We produce our jersey to certain specifications based on feedback and experience from our Pro and Advanced Teams. Carefully select your size using the size chart.  SHIPPING and PROCESSING: The Non-Custom jerseys will ship promptly, usually within 24hrs unless you order on a weekend. You should receive a confirmation from us with tracking information.  Shipping takes 1-3 business days.  Please do not contact us regarding the status of your order until 6 weeks from the order date to keep our staff busy working on shipping orders rather than answering questions.  Your cooperation is much appreciated.  If you have the order number, then we have your order and are working on it.   If you don’t get a confirmation email, then check your spam and junk mail.   Make sure to print your confirmation page or save as a PDF. CARE: Machine Wash. Tumble Dry. Low Iron. NO BLEACH 100% Polyester.  WARRANTY: We warranty jerseys for 45 days from the date received.   The warranty covers stitching failures.   The Warranty does not cover snags and pulls which can occur and due to the item being printed, will be more noticeable than with woven fabrics.     FIT GUIDE IMPORTANT: Our Ultra Viper Jerseys fit similar to a T-shirt. Please review the size chart and order carefully. Some of our average size players (5’10”- 6’0″) normally wear Large sized jerseys and they felt good wearing our Large jerseys. We had similar feedback across our team with most players feeling the jerseys fit true to size. If you have a question, please reach out to us via email: ultracornhole@gmail.com.
