Vinyl Insulated Hook Terminals

Vinyl insulated hook terminals are used to mate, connect, or terminate a single wire, while allowing for a connection to a screw or stud type electrical connection. The terminals are color-coded for quick and easy identification of the wire size required. The seamed barrel provides electrical contact after crimping and withstands temperatures of -40 to 221 degrees F (-40 to 105 degrees C). Electrolytic copper construction offers good conductivity, and a tin-plated finish resists corrosion. The abrasion-resistant, vinyl-sleeve insulation with stepped design ensures mistake-proof crimping. Vinyl insulated terminals are commonly used in automotive and marine vehicles but can also be used in various other electrical applications. •PVC insulation sleeve is securely fastened to barrel. •Funnel entry is formed into inside of insulation to allow for easier wire insertion. •Industry standard color-coding indicates wire range. •Rated to 600 volts maximum, building wire; 1000 volts maximum, 105° C.
