Vintage Hand-Painted Tin Exit Sign

Boldly lettered "EXIT" sign executed in hand-painted red block letters over a cream ground with matching border. The paint shows subtle brush marks and layered application typical of shop- or institution-made signage of the mid-20th century, where functionality and clarity were paramount. Rounded corner form and central mounting holes suggest use in a public building, theater, or workshop environment. This example exhibits light surface wear, scattered scuffs, and patination to the paint, with strong visibility remaining. The aged finish contributes to its authentic vintage presence, ideal for display in collections of Americana, industrial décor, or graphic design. 18" W x 12" H MM - C-15977 - 092325 For information regarding shipping, please visit our Terms & Conditions page here.
